OpsRefresh is a product of A.N.G.I.E. SYSTEMS LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights as a user. By using opsrefresh.com or our services, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
- Name, email address, phone number submitted via our application or contact forms
- Business name, type, location, POS system, and operational details shared during onboarding
- Payment information processed securely through Stripe (we never store card data directly)
- Any content, messages, or materials you share with us during the engagement
Information Collected Automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and referring URL via standard web analytics
- Pages visited, time on site, and interaction events (scroll depth, clicks) via Google Analytics (GA4)
- Cookie and session data (see our Cookie Policy)
Information From Third Parties
- POS and reservation data (Toast, Resy, OpenTable, SevenRooms, Square, etc.) synced with your authorization
- Call recordings processed through Retell AI for AI agent training and quality review
- Scheduling data via Calendly when you book a call
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver, operate, and improve OpsRefresh services
- To communicate with you about your account, application, and service updates
- To train and refine AI agent performance for your specific deployment
- To process payments securely via Stripe
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions
- To send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
3. Third-Party Services We Use
We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever.
4. Data Retention
- Call recordings: retained for 90 days by default, then deleted unless you request otherwise
- Guest POS data: processed in-session and not stored independently beyond active deployments
- Form submissions and account data: retained for the duration of your engagement plus 12 months
- Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics standard settings (up to 14 months)
5. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under CCPA (California), GDPR (EU), or applicable state law, including:
- The right to access or receive a copy of your personal data
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your personal data
- The right to opt out of marketing communications at any time

6. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

OpsRefresh services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
