National reach. Local operating reality.
OpsRefresh works remotely across the U.S. The work starts with how your rooms, phones, orders, and back office actually run — not with a claim of a local office we do not have.
A market page has to earn its place.
We will publish a city-specific guide only when it contains useful, verified material for operators in that market and a real reason the local context changes the work. A city name swapped into national copy is not a market strategy.
Four guides that show the standard.
These are a useful way into the library: each starts with checked local sources, then follows the operating handoffs a room has to carry.
Published guides and research previews.
Published guides have passed the local-source review. Research previews are useful operating context still under editorial review; they do not claim the same publication maturity or search status.

New York is an origin, not a restriction.
OpsRefresh was built from restaurant operating rooms in New York. That is an origin fact, not a claim of a New York office, a local client roster, or geographic exclusivity. The fit call is open to qualified operators anywhere in the U.S.

Bring the rooms, the operating pressure, and the systems that have stopped agreeing. The answer can be yes or not yet.
